The village temple is the religious centre of the buddhings.lt is situated in calm and quiet surroundings.the Buddhist monks with shaven heads and in saffron robes are residing in the temple.The monks residing rooms,the dining apartments and the preaching hall are all found close to each other .the temple compound sprinkled with ayello sea sand looks well swept and beautiful.There is a white dagabo with flowers cupped in their hands. Agiant bo-tree with it s shady foliage provides shelter to the shrine-room in which is a statue of lord Buddha.numerous murals depicting Buddhist episodes are painted on the walls of the shrine-room.There is a tall bell tower near tha entrance gate of the temple.lt is rung to announce the advent of poya days.

The cow is a domestic animal.she feeds only on plants.therefore she is a herbivotous animal.Like all the other herdivores,the cow is also having an innocent look.There are many households in countryside where cows are kept to produce milkThe large village lands have been reduced to small plots due to the recent transmission of urbancrowds into tha village.therefore the main problem faced by the village who rear cows is tha inadequacy of grass lands to feed those animals.very often these cows are kept tethered in nearby lands or harvested fields for grazing. Therefore we all whether young or lod are indebtsd to the cow for our growth and strength.
